Le Bistro is magically open 24hours daily, and yet always looks fresh. This is a place to remember not only because of its amazing food served with tranquil efficiency, and therefore worth a visit any time of the day or night – but also because it is the perfect port of call when coping with trips to and from the airport at times, perhaps late-night or early-morning, when most other food outlets will be closed.
The menu, very well presented extends from burgers and sandwiches, pastas and salads to fresh fish and steaks, this a la carte menu served in an ambience of style and good taste accommodates for everything and everyone for a casual snack to a business working lunch, a romantic meal for two to large celebration bookings.

Starters may include carpaccio of Scottish salmon with crusted prawns, freshly prepared soup of the day or traditional Maltese bruschetta. Choose between ten different pasta dishes, priced for either a starter or main course. Signature dishes include herb crusted best end of lamb, peppered duck breast and chicken wrapped in pancetta. A variety of starters and salads, pastas and platters, wraps and burgers, fish and meat grills there is something to suit everyone’s taste buds at anytime of the day or night.

For those with a sweet-tooth there is an impressive choice of ten freshly made desserts from our in-house patisserie, offering such items as tiramisu, crème brule, warm country style apple pie, and a spicy pear and cinnamon sensation.
