What Is The Piccante Foodopedia?

This is an encyclopaedia of various culinary related entries that we have encountered during our journey through the restaurants available on the Maltese islands. The purpose of The Piccante Foodopedia is to help you gain a better knowledge and understanding of several interesting entries related to food & the culinary world, which we include in our Restaurant Reviews.

What Does The Foodopedia Consist Of:

The Foodopedia consists of two main sections: the Food Section and the Wine Section. In the wine section you will be able to find detailed information regarding different aspects of wine, including major wine countries and regions. On the other hand in the food section, you will be able to find information regarding different aspects of the culinary world. Such information  consists of different types of dishes, ingredients, utensils, flavours, fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, game, cooking & preparation methods and many more.
